Teachers, and students will create the best possible learning environment so that all students can achieve quality results and success given the appropriate task, time and help.

The classroom and school environment will be secure, predictable, attractive and challenging in order to encourage quality learning.

Staff will have the necessary skills to support and strive for the continuous provision of quality programmes, effective learning and have a commitment to ongoing self-improvement.
